Core Integrity Fitness, Pilates, Nia® &YBR®
Core Integrity Fitness is a body sustainability, anatomy focused, core-centered, trauma-informed approach to fitness in order to respond to the individual physical and emotional needs and desires of my students, and a growing need within the fitness community to offer safe, trauma-sensitive, injury-preventative personal training and fitness classes.
By integrating the core principals of Body Sustainability into my practice, I offer an intuitive, creative, and therapeutic fitness experience, while providing a sacred space for each individual to tap into their own personal intentions and reservoir of strength and power.
