Core Integrity Yoga and Yoga Therapy is a trauma-informed, integrative approach that taps into the inherent therapeutic and empowering effects of Yoga asana, Pranayama, mindfulness and meditation in order to soothe the nerves, cultivate core integrity, and balance and unite the body, mind, heart and spirit. Core Integrity Fitness is a body sustainable, anatomy-focused, core-centered, trauma-informed approach to movement & fitness in order to respond to the individual physical and emotional needs of my students, and a growing need within the fitness community to offer a more self-compassionate personal fitness & movement experience.
