Too many approaches to diet and nutrition dwell on counting calories, carbs, fats, proteins, sugar, etc. often leading to overwhelm, a sense of denial and a lack of excitement and joy. Instead of creating lists of restrictions, I coach my clients to create a body sustainable action plan in a way that is flexible, fun, free of guilt and guided by your needs and desires.

The Core Integrity Approach
I practice a mindfulness-based, trauma-sensitive, evidence-based approach.
My approach doesn’t dwell on calories, carbs, fats and proteins. I don’t create meal plans and lists of restrictions or label foods strictly “good” or “bad”. It is not about “shred and burn” and “no pain, no gain”. Instead, I work with my clients to cultivate self-awareness and a mindful attitude of self-love and self-acceptance.

As a MedFit Drug and Alcohol Recovery Coach, I have the specialty training and knowledge to support you on your journey and help you thrive in your recovery. As a trauma-informed Yoga Therapist, HeartMath, Reiki and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction practitioner, I provide a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental and supportive environment to guide you toward the steps that are right for you.
As your guide, I will help you to uncover and honor your core values and listen to you understand your core goals. Together we will discover the tools, the time and the courage you need to help you achieve sustainable success.
