Yamuna® Foot Fitness Review is designed to help you keep your YFF practice fresh and effective. Perfect for a quick refresher, as well as a basic introduction to Yamuna Foot Fitness. This YFF Review will focus on the Yamuna Self-Assessment Walking Exercise and the Foot Waker Basic Maintenance Routine. This routine can be practiced seated, standing, or a combination of both. If you have foot pain, heel pain, plantar fasciitis, fallen arches, or weak ankles or feet - this class is for you! Yamuna Foot Wakers are required for this class.
