Gathering Strength Seated HIIT
Build endurance, stamina and strength from your seat! Seated HIIT for Stamina and Strength is sponsored by Gathering Strength, Inc., who's "mission is to empower people with physically disabling conditions by ensuring equitable access to community resources and spaces, technology, and better health."
Each class has adapted cardiovascular and strength exercises including periods of high intensity interval training (HIIT), which has been shown to help build stamina and burn more fat.
Participants have the option to engage in HIIT portions or keep a slower pace. Family members and caregivers are welcome to join us. Beginning Monday, Jan. 13th 3:00 PM ET.

Gathering Strength Seated HIIT
Build endurance, stamina and strength from your seat! Seated HIIT for Stamina and Strength is sponsored by Gathering Strength, Inc., who's "mission is to empower people with physically disabling conditions by ensuring equitable access to community resources and spaces, technology, and better health."
Each class has adapted cardiovascular and strength exercises including periods of high intensity interval training (HIIT), which has been shown to help build stamina and burn more fat.
Participants have the option to engage in HIIT portions or keep a slower pace. Family members and caregivers are welcome to join us. Beginning Monday, Jan. 13th 3:00 PM ET.

Yamuna® Foot Fitness Review is designed to help you keep your YFF practice fresh and effective. Perfect for a quick refresher, as well as a basic introduction to Yamuna Foot Fitness. This YFF Review will focus on the Yamuna Self-Assessment Walking Exercise and the Foot Waker Basic Maintenance Routine. This routine can be practiced seated, standing, or a combination of both.
